Federal Model 14 Parts Or Restoration Signal Light Assembly Base Ring vintage

Description

Untested Federal model 14 light parts. There is the rotating assembly, a base, and the retaining ring with tag.
Looks like one mounting hole on the base is a little tore up.  Not rusty. Sorry, don't know anything else.
