    243ct Natural Gem Peru Chrysocolla in Quartz Elephant Carving. From a new find in Peru and unlike most chrysocolla which chips and fractures easily, this material is solid due to the quartz mix. Attractive veins of blue chrysocolla mixed within quartz base, opaque to slightly translucent, free of significant unnatural flaws, with attractive face up and eye appeal. Hand carved with very nice detail approx. 35.50H x 42.81L x 23.13W mm. Valuable natural gem carving. 25mm = approx. 1".
