I do my best to describe and photograph all my items in full detail, flaws and all. I also base my sizing on measurements and actual fit, NOT only tags. Different brands fit differently and sometimes there's no consistency in tag sizing. I will always refer to the tag size in addition to providing a more accurate description of the fit and measurements. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask! Comes from a SMOKE-FREE, CAT-FRIENDLY home. There may be a stray Blixa hair here and there in your package but I'll do my best to remove as much cathair as possible!

Item has only been worn once or twice. Very gently used.

Significant wear with washing/fading. Minor visible flaws, i.e. Snags, stains, small holes, etc.

Previously worn items with heavy wear and significant flaws.

Significant to severe flaws/damage.

I ship via the most COST-EFFECTIVE method/courier to keep USA shipping free and domestic shipping costs low. All packages include tracking.

UNITED STATES:
I ship free across the US via
Stallion Express/USPS
STALLION EXPRESS
is a budget-friendly courier that uses USPS labels for US shipments. It drives parcels across the Canada/US border and then gets put into the USPS system. Tracking for Stallion, therefore, will not begin until it crosses the border and is scanned in the US, so you may see a delay in tracking updates for up to 4 business days. But I promise, this method is much faster than Canada Post and once it is accepted by USPS, it will be delivered much quicker than if it were Canada Post, which often has to deal with customs border delays. If you have any further questions about this service, please let me know.
INTERNATIONAL:
International buyers please contact me before bidding/buying. I ship via

to save on shipping costs. Depending on location, international delivery can take upwards to 3 months.
HANDLING TIME:
I've increased my handling time to 4 business days because I've reduced my frequency of post office trips so I will only ship 1x to 2x per week, usually on Mondays (Tuesdays if there's a holiday) and Thursdays/Fridays. Please let me know if you need something sooner and we can work something out.
PACKAGING:
Soft packaging will continue being new and single use
Stuffing and wrapping for large boxed items or fragile items will consist of new and recycled packaging materials (bubble wrap, tissue paper, packing paper, etc).
Boxed items will utilize recycled boxes in some cases
PAYMENT:
