1964 Dave Clark 5 tourbook/ program, poster, newspaper clipping Youngstown, OH

What I’m offering is an original Dave Clark 5 tourbook, poster, and a newspaper clipping advertising their appearance at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown, OH on June 3, 1964.
The 24-page tourbook is in Very Good condition. The tourbook, which measures 9 ¼ inch X 12 ½ inch, has a bottom right diagonal corner crease, a few small horizontal creases at the spine and a few handling creases/ marks. The tourbook is complete with no pages missing and nothing cut out of it. There are NO funky, musty or smoke smells to the tourbook.
The tourbook contains many greats photos and artists’ bios. Be sure to check out the scans that I have provided.
The poster, which is blank on the reverse side, measures 17 ½ inch X 22 ½ inch and is in Very Good condition. The poster, which has factory folds, has numerous handling marks, a couple of creases and a couple of small stains.
I do not know the source of the poster other than it did not come with the tourbook at time of purchase. If I was to guess, I'd say that it was a fan club item that the previous owner paired up with the tourbook.
The newspaper clipping measures 1 ¾ inch X 6 ¼ and is in EX condition.
